Pho' and Spring Rolls
Well, perhaps this is indicative of a slow news day for me... But when a dinner is so good that I'm still happy about it the next day, well that's worth sharing, isn't it? Yesterday I went to the Vietnamese restaurant near my house, with my Dad, Craig (CM's drummer), and the Davids.
My meal consisted of the following three delicious items:
Some shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce
A nice big bowl of beef brisket pho'
A three-bean coconut drink
(tastes oh-so-much better than it looks!)

It's not pronouced fo, it's pronoucned fuh. I actually had pho Saturday at a friends house in watertown and then I had pho at my gf's parents house for lunch and dinner on Sunday.
